Brookfield prices $650-million note offering

BROOKFIELD CORPORATION ANNOUNCES PRICING OF $650 MILLION NOTES DUE 2036
Brookfield Corp. has priced a public offering of $650-million principal amount of senior notes due 2036, which will bear interest at a rate of 5.330 per cent per annum. The offering is expected to close on Aug. 20, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The notes will be issued by Brookfield Finance Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Brookfield, and will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Brookfield. It is expected that the net proceeds from the sale of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
The notes are being offered under Brookfield and the issuer's existing base shelf prospectus filed in the United States and Canada, and pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form F-10 on file with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (file No. 333-279601).
