CLEAN AIR METALS FILES INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE NINE MONTHS ENDED OCTOBER 31, 2025
Clean Air Metals Inc. has filed its unaudited consolidated interim financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the nine-month period ended Oct. 31, 2025, available for viewing on SEDAR+.
Financial highlights:
Total assets as at Oct. 31, 2025, of $36,602,553;
Total cash as at Oct. 31, 2025, of $1,643,422;
Working capital deficiency as at Oct. 31, 2025, of $1,746,454;
Shareholder equity as at Oct. 31, 2025, of $33,030,843.
During the nine months ended Oct. 31, 2025, the company incurred $1,046,223 in cost for exploration activities at the TBN project. Key activities of the company's management team this quarter included the completion of the initial drilling of the first stepout exploration target within the Escape downplunge area, resulting in a mineralized intersection 400 metres from the known resource. The team also successfully completed a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) for Thunder Bay North that outlined a toll-milling case with a mine plan that is focused on higher-margin material in the Current and Escape deposits. Results of the study were released during the quarter, with the final report expected to be filed early in fiscal Q4.
