BeWhere Holdings Inc. Reports First Quarter 2026 Fiscal Results
BeWhere charts path to $20M in recurring revenue as margins surge 600 bps in first quarter

BeWhere reported record financial results for Q1 2026. Revenue grew 12% year-over-year to $4.7 million, with recurring revenue up 14% to $2.44 million. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reached approximately $9.7 million, a 16% jump from Q1 2025. Gross margin expanded to a record 45.5%, while Adjusted EBITDA nearly doubled to $652,658, lifting the margin by 600 basis points to 13.9%. Net income rose 19% to $372,327, and the cash balance swelled to $9.6 million following a recent equity offering. The company unveiled its “Vision 20/20 Plus” strategic plan, targeting more than $20 million in ARR and a 20% Adjusted EBITDA margin by the end of 2028. Growth levers include organic device sales, European expansion, entry into new verticals, and acquisitions.
The Q1 figures confirm the strong momentum foreshadowed in Q3 and FY2025 releases. ARR of $9.7 million is a solid sequential step from the $8.9 million recorded in Q4 2025 and brings the company within clear sight of the $10 million milestone. The real surprise is the margin acceleration – Adjusted EBITDA nearly doubled on only 12% revenue growth, demonstrating significant operating leverage. Management attributed this to cost discipline and supply chain fixes that overcame tariff headwinds. The new “Vision 20/20 Plus” plan is the material catalyst. It sets explicit, multi-year financial targets for the first time, giving investors a roadmap. With ARR expected to more than double and margins to expand further, the plan re-frames the growth story and could attract institutional interest. The recently closed $5 million LIFE offering at $0.70 per share (now trading at a 20% premium) underscores confidence and provides the capital to fund these ambitions without immediate dilution risk. While strong quarterly results were likely anticipated, the unveiling of a concrete three-year strategic vision constitutes genuinely new, market-moving information for a small-cap name.
BeWhere Holdings designs and sells low-power 5G IoT asset tracking devices (BeTen+, BeSol+, BeWired+, and the new BeBatt) coupled with a cloud-based software platform. The devices use GNSS, Wi-Fi, and BLE for indoor/outdoor location, and are deployed in construction, transportation, utilities, healthcare, and government sectors. Recurring revenue is generated from device subscriptions and an equipment-rental model. The flagship initiative is the integrated offering with Ford Pro Telematics, which embeds BeWhere trackers into Ford’s fleet management software, expanding visibility beyond vehicles to tools and equipment.
