Peruvian Metals Provides Corporate Update on Production, New Tailings Results and the Process to Re-Instate the OTCQB Listing
Peruvian continues full-capacity processing, though dilution and early-stage assets cap near-term upside.

Peruvian Metals Corp. reported processing 3,142 metric tonnes of ore at its 80%-owned Aguila Norte plant in October 2026, marking 21 consecutive months of full production. Cumulative processing at the facility since 2017 has exceeded 227,000 tonnes, and the plant continues to generate positive operating cash flow.
Civil works have commenced for a plant expansion, specifically constructing a platform to host a second ball mill, which is expected to be ready in the new year. Recent tailings sample results returned 2.17 g/t Au and 87 g/t Ag, with metallurgical tests confirming 93% gold and 87% silver recovery. These results are comparable to September 2026 reports.
The company has initiated the process to reinstate its trading on the OTCQB platform to enhance liquidity and visibility for U.S. investors.
Peruvian Metals Corp. (PER) confirmed that operations are continuing at full capacity and provided an update on expansion infrastructure. Tailings metallurgical results were consistent with prior reporting, maintaining the existing economic thesis without introducing new revenue streams. The company’s reinstatement on the OTCQB market serves as an administrative liquidity measure rather than a fundamental catalyst.
Peruvian Metals Corp. (PER) operates the 80%-owned Aguila Norte processing plant in northern Peru, which is currently running at a capacity of 100 tonnes per day. The facility holds an environmental permit that allows for expansion up to 350 tonnes per day.
The company also holds a 100% interest in the Palta Dorada Au-Ag project in the Ancash department, where it is advancing underground development and conducting metallurgical testing. Additionally, Peruvian Metals Corp. maintains a 50% indirect interest in the Mercedes Au-Ag-Pb-Zn project in central Peru, secured through a joint venture with Hudson Heartland Ltd. The company’s exploration portfolio includes the Minas Vizca and Yanayco assets in northern Peru.
