Adamera Completes IP Survey at Max Prospect and Starts Work at Glix Prospect, South Hedley Property, BC
(via TheNewswire)
Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - November 4 , 2026 – Adamera Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: ADZ; OTC: DDNFF) (“Adamera” or the “Company”) announces completion of the induced polarization (IP) survey at the Max copper-gold target on its South Hedley Project, located between Princeton and Hedley, British Columbia, just south of BC Highway 3. Inversion of the IP data is complete for all ten survey lines.
The survey covered lines L1400 to L5000 at 400 m line spacing using a pole-dipole array. The inverted chargeability and resistivity sections define an IP anomaly measuring 3 to 4 kilometres (km) along the survey lines and 4 km from line to line (Figure 1). In addition to completing the IP survey, the Company has collected 2,597 soil samples over the IP grid area.
With the survey complete, the Company is now carrying out a comprehensive interpretation of the Max target. The interpretation will integrate the inverted IP chargeability and resistivity sections from all ten lines with three-dimensional ground magnetic inversion and existing soil and rock geochemistry, including previously reported soil values of up to 1,450 ppm copper and 1.34 g/t gold. Together, these datasets are expected to distinguish possible zones of differing sulphide content and alteration, map possible buried intrusive rocks and magnetite-bearing zones, and allow prioritization of specific areas for drilling. Results from the 2,597 soil samples collected in 2026 are pending and will be added as they are received. The Company expects to report the results of the interpretation as it progresses. Drill permits for the Max target were applied for in February 2026.
“The results of this IP survey are far beyond what we expected,” said Mark Kolebaba, President and CEO of Adamera. “Soil and magnetic data first defined this prospect. The IP survey has turned it into a copper-gold porphyry exploration target of significant scale. Our IP survey was designed with 3.5 km lines; however, the data continued to push us further north, extending the survey lines to more than 5 km. The data now give us the information we need to define priority drill targets. Needless to say, I am grateful to our field team for their efforts to complete the Max IP and sampling program in this very difficult terrain, through fire season and late into the year. We are now looking forward to what the IP data shows at the Glix target.”

Ongoing Field Work
IP surveying and soil sampling at Max were completed on November 1, 2026. Much of the Max anomaly lies in steep terrain with abundant dead fallen trees, making work very challenging. The IP crew has moved to the Glix gold skarn target, approximately 12 km from Max within the same claim block, where topography and forest cover are less challenging. At Glix, the crew will complete a series of IP lines over an area of anomalous gold in soil, with values ranging from 50 to 4,280 ppb (dU)*. The Glix soil anomaly is coincident with a magnetic low and a VLF-EM conductor identified during the 2025 surveys.
South Hedley Project
The South Hedley Project covers approximately 25,000 hectares between Princeton and Hedley, British Columbia. The property lies between the Hedley gold skarn district to the east and the Copper Mountain copper-gold porphyry mine to the west.
About Adamera
Adamera Minerals Corp. is targeting critical metals in the U.S. and copper-gold in southern British Columbia. In Washington State, the Company is advancing a strategic tungsten portfolio to build a secure, uninterrupted domestic supply for U.S. markets. In Canada, Adamera is actively exploring the South Hedley Copper-Gold Project while maintaining several drill-ready gold projects in its portfolio.
Martin St. Pierre, P. Geo., a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and a consultant to the Company, has reviewed and approved the technical content of this news release. IP chargeability responses can be produced by metallic sulphide minerals other than copper sulphides, including pyrite, and by non-metallic minerals most commonly consisting of graphite. The IP anomaly and the interpretations described have not been tested by drilling. Economic mineralization at Copper Mountain is not necessarily indicative of similar mineralization within the South Hedley property.
On behalf of the Board of Directors,

*The 4,280 ppb (dU) gold value from 2025 soil sampling at Glix was determined in-house by the detectORE method. The detectORE method is a leach-extraction method that reports gold values in detectORE units (dU), a calculated ppb value, and its results may not be directly comparable with fire assay results. Soil geochemical results are not necessarily indicative of mineralization in bedrock. Copper values at Max reported up to 1450 ppm were results from in house analysis using a portable XRF.
