First Canadian Graphite Inc. Announces Flow-Through Financing
First Canadian Graphette secures a $5m capital stack to fund a 20,000m drill program at the Lac Guéret South project.

First Canadian Graphite Inc. announced an intention to raise up to $2,000,000 CAD through a flow-through equity financing of up to 3,448,276 common shares at $0.58 per share. The proceeds are designated to fund a 20,000-meter diamond drilling program and field stripping at the Lac Guéret South graphite project in Québec.
The financing supplements a previously announced $3,000,000 CAD hard-dollar financing from October 21, 2026, completing a $5 million capital stack for the planned exploration program. Closing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory approvals. Securities carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day. The expenses qualify as Canadian exploration expenses and flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures under the Income Tax Act.
First Canadian Graphite Inc. (FCI) has secured financing as a follow-up to its October 21 hard-dollar raise, providing the necessary capital to execute the 20,000-meter drill program management has communicated since mid-2026. The announcement does not introduce new exploration results, strategic pivots, or market-moving catalysts, but rather secures the funds required for the planned fall 2026 drilling campaign.
The shares were priced at $0.58 in flow-through units, slightly above the recent trading range of $0.50–$0.55, indicating reasonable investor demand. While the dilutive nature of the offering presents a standard risk for pre-revenue explorers, the company now has sufficient funding to advance through the drilling phase and into the NI 43-101 resource estimate process, removing near-term liquidity concerns for the current program.
First Canadian Graphite Inc. (TSXV: FCI) is a pre-revenue junior explorer focused on the Lac Guéret South graphite project in Québec's Côte-Nord region. The project spans over 236 km², making it one of the largest claim positions in the Manicouagan district, and it borders Nouveau Monde Graphite's Uatnan project.
The company has identified Zone 13, a newly discovered surface and near-surface graphite system confirmed over a 3.3 km strike length with widths exceeding 150 meters. Grab samples from this zone have returned grades up to 43.4% graphitic carbon (Cg), with 30% of samples exceeding 20% Cg. Zone 1 hosts a historical NI 43-101 resource estimate from 2019, which reported 1.76 million tonnes indicated at 17% Cg and 1.53 million tonnes inferred at 16.4% Cg.
The project is currently in the advanced exploration stage. Summer 2026 surface sampling and airborne geophysical surveys are complete, and environmental and archaeological baseline studies have been initiated. Drilling and trenching are planned for fall 2026.
