Silver Range Resources Ltd. Options Alamo and Sand Springs to Resilience Minerals Limited
Silver Range options Arizona and Nevada properties ahead of its ASX listing.

Silver Range Resources Ltd. has granted Resilience Minerals Limited an option to acquire an 80% interest in the Alamo Property in Arizona and the Sand Springs Property in Nevada. The exercise of this option is contingent upon Resilience completing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing on the Australian Stock Exchange by December 31, 2026.
Upon the completion of the IPO, Resilience is required to pay US$550,000 in cash and issue US$550,000 worth of Resilience shares to Silver Range. In addition to these upfront payments, Silver Range retains defined resource payments of $10 per ounce on the first 50,000 ounces, and $2 per ounce thereafter. The company also retains net smelter return (NSR) royalties of 1% on the Alamo property and 2% on the Sand Springs property. Altius Minerals Corporation holds an underlying 1% NSR on the Alamo property.
The transaction aligns with Silver Range’s established prospect generator model, which involves advancing properties to partners while retaining upside through royalties and resource payments.
The agreement secures a future cash inflow of US$550,000 and equity upon Resilience's IPO, directly supporting near-term capital requirements. The royalty and resource payment structure preserves long-term upside without requiring Silver Range Resources Ltd. (SNG) to fund exploration costs or assume operational risk.
The deal is consistent with the company's historical pattern of optioning properties to junior explorers. It is expected and incremental rather than a fundamental shift in strategy or valuation. No material change to the company's operational footprint, risk profile, or financial position is introduced by this transaction.
Silver Range Resources Ltd. operates as a prospect generator, focusing on identifying, advancing, and optioning mineral properties primarily in the Southwest U.S. (Nevada, Arizona, Utah) and Canada. The company generates revenue through option payments, defined resource payments, and royalties, transferring exploration risk to partners.
Flagship and key projects include East Goldfield in Nevada, a high sulphidation epithermal gold property; Alamo in Arizona, an IOCG gold-copper deposit; Drum in Utah, a Carlin-style gold project; and Sniper in Nevada, a high-grade gold asset. The company maintains a frugal operational model with low G&A expenses and relies on partner-funded exploration.
