1911 Gold's True North Resource Expansion Drilling Intersects up to 7.55 g/t Au over 5.00 m, Including 32.90 g/t Au over 0.50 m at the 710-711 Zone, and up to 21.20 g/t Au over 0.60 m at the 007 Zone
1911’s 710-711/007 step-outs confirm mineralised extensions but report lower grades than the September anchor intercepts.

1911 Gold Corporation (AUMB) has released results from 10 underground diamond drill holes totaling 4,562 meters from Level 16, located 720 meters below the surface. The program targeted extensions of the 710-711 and 007 vein systems outside the current 2024 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE).
In the 710-711 Zone, up-plunge extensions were identified. Hole UG16-26-079 returned 7.55 g/t Au over 5.00 m (at 277.00 m downhole), including 16.65 g/t over 1.20 m, including 32.90 g/t over 0.50 m, and 25.80 g/t over 0.50 m. The same hole returned 7.43 g/t over 1.50 m at 245.90 m. Other intercepts in this zone include:
- UG16-26-060: 32.40 g/t Au over 1.10 m (at 197.80 m)
- UG16-26-054: 6.84 g/t over 2.50 m (at 325.00 m)
- UG16-26-071: 3.42 g/t over 3.60 m
- UG16-26-069: 3.51 g/t over 2.40 m
In the 007 Zone, down-plunge extensions were also tested. Results include:
- UG16-26-060: 21.20 g/t Au over 0.60 m (at 501.80 m) and 9.92 g/t over 0.60 m (at 504.90 m)
- UG16-26-085: 7.65 g/t over 3.40 m (at 430.80 m), including 19.60 g/t over 0.60 m
- UG16-26-069: 3.51 g/t over 2.40 m
Two holes, UG16-26-056 and 057, tested eastern extensions of the 710-711 system and returned No Significant Values (NSV). The company stated that the drilling identified extensions 60 m above the 710-711 resource limit over a 115 m strike length, and 120 m below the 007 resource limit over a 150 m strike length.
The broader program, comprising 103 surface holes (28,475 m) and 46 underground holes (17,346 m), is now complete. An updated True North MRE is scheduled for Q4/2026. Technical parameters for the estimate include a cutoff of 2.25 g/t Au, a maximum of 2.50 m internal dilution, no top capping, and intervals estimated at 60-90% of true width.
1911 Gold Corporation (AUMB) is an advanced explorer and near-developer in the pre-revenue stage, positioning itself for a restart decision in 2027. At this stage of development, a genuine discovery or major step-out holds more material weight than similar metrics at a producing mine. This latest release represents a step-out rather than a discovery.
The results confirm resource growth potential in the 710-711 and 007 zones outside the 2024 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), feeding into the Q4/2026 global MRE. This provides incremental resource-tonnage de-risking, which supports the Q4 catalyst but does not constitute a thesis-changing event on its own.
The best comparable prior result on the L10/710-711 complex was released on September 10, 2026. That release included UG16-26-072, which returned 10.73 g/t over 8.90 m (~95 g.m), and UG16-26-076, which returned 50.61 g/t over 1.60 m (~81 g.m). The best result in this current release, approximately 37.8 g.m, is roughly 40% of that prior anchor. It features a lower grade of 7.55 g/t compared to 10.73 g/t, with a comparable stated width, marking a materially weaker result.
Market reaction to the September 10, 2026 release was muted, with the stock closing at $0.85 on September 9, $0.81 on September 10, and $0.74 on September 14. Shares have since round-tripped from a January 2026 peak of $1.40 to $0.57 in late July, and currently sit near $0.71, roughly half the 52-week high. The market is pricing little to nothing for this program. Consequently, the result is viewed as a genuine but modest positive, consistent with the price action rather than exceeding it.
1911 Gold Corporation (TSXV: AUMB; OTCQX: AUMBF; FRA: 2KY) is an advanced gold explorer and developer with a 100%-owned True North Gold Project and a ~62,000-hectare land package in the Rice Lake Greenstone Belt of southeastern Manitoba. The jurisdiction is considered Tier-1, offering 100% hydro power, fully permitted status, and existing infrastructure including shafts, a mill, and a tailings management facility.
The company’s resource base includes the True North 2024 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of approximately 1.14 million ounces of gold, comprising 499,000 ounces in the Indicated category at 4.41 g/t and 644,000 ounces in the Inferred category at 3.65 g/t. Additionally, the Ogama-Rockland 2026 Inferred resource totals 712,000 ounces at 6.68 g/t, bringing the combined gold resources to approximately 1.86 million ounces.
A preliminary economic assessment (PEA) at US$3,000/oz outlines an 11-year life of mine with steady-state production of ~58,114 ounces per year. The project is projected to yield 527,000 ounces over the life of mine, with an after-tax NPV5% of C$391 million, an internal rate of return (IRR) of 105%, and a payback period of 2.2 years. The all-in sustaining cost (AISC) is estimated at US$1,897/oz. The PEA includes Inferred material, and the associated technical report was the subject of an NI 43-101 retraction on February 10, 2026, which was later corrected.
As of July 31, 2026, the capital structure consisted of 357.87 million shares outstanding, 20.33 million options, RSUs, and DSUs, and 40.50 million warrants, resulting in 418.69 million fully diluted shares. Eric Sprott holds approximately 12% of the company. The balance sheet showed US$25.4 million in cash as of Q1 2026, supplemented by proceeds from a July 2026 raise of $35.65 million, with US$15 million drawn on the Auramet facility.
1911 Gold is currently in the pre-revenue stage, with test mining scheduled for the second half of 2026 and a production decision expected in 2027. A going-concern flag was noted in the management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A).
