Apex Grants Option to Acquire a Mineral Claim
Apex secures an option on a BC mineral claim to continue tungsten and lithium exploration activities.

Apex Resources Inc. (APX) has granted ReOsiris Inc. an exclusive option to acquire a 100% interest in the Wau mineral claim, identified as Mineral tenure No. 1136563, located in British Columbia. The agreement requires a non-refundable upfront payment of $20,000 CAD upon execution. An additional $250,000 CAD is payable if ReOsiris exercises the option. ReOsiris has a 12-month window from October 1, 2026, to decide whether to exercise the option. The upfront payment is not credited against the exercise price. The counterparty is an arm's-length party.
Apex Resources Inc. (APX) has completed a standard, incremental asset acquisition typical for early-stage exploration companies building a portfolio of mineral tenures. The transaction requires a $20,000 upfront fee, an amount immaterial to the company’s financials, particularly given its already thin cash position.
This move follows a clear historical pattern of granting and receiving options to earn interests in projects. Notable examples include the May and August 2026 options to Tungsten Reserve Corp. for the Jersey-Emerald tungsten zones, as well as the October 2025 amendment to the Lithium Creek option.
The release does not introduce new revenue streams, production milestones, or significant capital infusions. It is fully in line with previous expectations and management's stated strategy of staking and optioning properties to de-risk future exploration. No material positive or negative impact on the stock price is anticipated from this specific release.
Apex Resources Inc. is an exploration-stage company focused on critical minerals. Its flagship assets include the Jersey-Emerald Project in British Columbia, which targets tungsten and zinc, and the Lithium Creek Project in Nevada, which targets basin brine lithium.
The Jersey-Emerald property hosts historic tungsten and lead-zinc operations and currently holds indicated and inferred tungsten resources. Recent drilling in early 2026 extended known mineralization and identified high-grade zinc zones.
The Lithium Creek project targets a brine aquifer system modeled after the Silver Peak project, with potential for Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) utilizing local geothermal and solar energy. Management is led by CEO Ron Lang, with technical advisors specializing in lithium brines and tungsten exploration.
