Adyton Intersects 167m @ 1.14 g/t AuEq from Surface at Kabang, Feni Island; Provides Corporate Update
Adyton’s Kabang project returned broad surface intercepts with solid grades, while step-out results were low-grade and true widths remain undetermined.

Adyton Resources Corporation (ADY) released data from 12 new drill holes at the Kabang Au-Cu system within its 100%-owned Feni Island Gold-Copper Project in Papua New Guinea.
Key reported intercepts include:
- FDD026, Central Zone: 167 m @ 1.03 g/t Au, 0.12% Cu, 1.14 g/t AuEq from 0 m, including 57 m @ 1.91 g/t Au, 0.17% Cu, 2.03 g/t AuEq from 57 m.
- FDD018, NE Zone: 92 m @ 0.61 g/t Au, 0.07% Cu, 0.67 g/t AuEq from 98 m.
- FDD020, NE Zone: 71 m @ 0.62 g/t Au, 0.03% Cu, 0.63 g/t AuEq from 234 m.
- FDD027, NE Zone: 162 m @ 0.43 g/t Au, 0.06% Cu, 0.48 g/t AuEq from 94 m, including 9 m @ 1.03 g/t Au, 0.17% Cu, 1.14 g/t AuEq from 149 m.
- FDD029, NE Zone: 34 m @ 0.82 g/t Au, 0.04% Cu, 0.83 g/t AuEq from 24 m, and a separate 42 m @ 0.81 g/t Au, 0.02% Cu, 0.80 g/t AuEq from 186 m.
- FDD025, NE Zone: 130 m @ 0.38 g/t Au, 0.03% Cu, 0.40 g/t AuEq from 114 m, including 10 m @ 1.05 g/t Au, 0.03% Cu, 1.03 g/t AuEq from 209 m.
The release also noted elevated molybdenum of 1,205 ppm Mo in southern-flank holes 19 and 21, a new Babase Exploration Licence, a 5 km x 5 km IP survey, and progress on Fergusson Island permitting.
Adyton Resources Corporation (ADY) is a pre-revenue junior explorer and developer whose value depends on exploration results, resource expansion, and development milestones rather than current cash flow. The company has a market capitalization of roughly C$94.5 million at C$0.30 per share and cash of approximately C$13.4 million as at June 30, 2026. Its portfolio contains 441,000 oz indicated and 2,086,000 oz inferred gold, dominated by the Feni inferred resource of 1.46 moz.
The FDD026 result is a good broad intercept, but it is not a game-changing discovery. It is most useful as central-zone validation and potential resource-conversion support. The NE step-out holes demonstrate that the system continues, but their grades are mostly low, and the SW extension has no reported assays yet.
Against prior results, the release is not a major step-change. The previous best broad intercepts include:
- FDD004: 229 m @ 0.78 g/t AuEq, or 178.6 gram-metres.
- FDD002: 142 m @ 1.17 g/t AuEq, or 166.4 gram-metres.
- FDD017: 164 m @ 0.82 g/t AuEq, or 134.5 gram-metres.
FDD026 is somewhat better on total gram-metres, but it is the same class of long, moderate-grade bulk mineralization the market has seen repeatedly at Kabang.
The stock has round-tripped from earlier highs, so the market does not appear to be pricing in a major new discovery.
Expected share-price impact: a modest positive reaction is plausible, perhaps in the C$0.31-0.33 range on the headline, but a sustained 15%+ move is unlikely without stronger step-out assays, true widths, or an updated resource estimate.
Adyton Resources Corporation is a Canada-listed junior explorer and developer holding gold and copper assets in Papua New Guinea. The company’s portfolio includes the 100%-owned Feni Island project, which hosts an inferred resource of 60.4 million tonnes at 0.75 grams per tonne of gold for 1,460,000 ounces of gold. This asset also holds additional gold-copper potential, including a porphyry target at depth.
On Fergusson Island, Adyton holds a joint venture with EVIH. The combined resource across the Gameta and Wapolu deposits includes 441,000 ounces of indicated gold and 626,000 ounces of inferred gold. Wapolu is identified as the near-term production restart target, with bulk sampling approved and a Mining Lease decision expected in October 2026.
Financially, the company is pre-revenue with no debt. As of June 30, 2026, Adyton held cash and cash equivalents of approximately C$13.4 million. The company had 315,041,885 basic shares outstanding on that date. At a share price of C$0.30, the market capitalization was approximately C$94.5 million.
