Mr. Vince Sorace reports KUTCHO COPPER CLOSES CLAIMS PURCHASE Kutcho Copper Corp. has completed the acquisition of two mineral claims located near the company's Kutcho project, as originally announced on Aug. 28, 2026. The company has issued to the property vendors a total of 150,000 common shares at a deemed price per share equal to 35 cents. The shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The company received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the claims purchase.
