Belmont Resources to Conduct Ground Gravity Survey at Crackingstone Uranium Project, Saskatchewan

Belmont advances the Crackingstone target ahead of its 2026 drill campaign.

Executive Summary

Belmont Resources Inc. (BEA) announced a planned ground gravity survey at its 100%-owned Crackingstone Uranium Project in Saskatchewan. The survey will cover approximately 253 hectares using a 50m x 50m grid, comprising roughly 2,500 stations. Field operations are scheduled for the first week of October 2026, lasting 10 to 14 days.

The objective is to integrate ground gravity data with existing airborne radiometric (U/K ratio) and historic drill core data to identify coincident gravity, radiometric, and structural anomalies along the Black Bay Shear Zone. Results will be used to finalize high-confidence drill targets for a planned 2026/2027 drill program.

The property holds historic showings up to 15.6% U3O8 and previously produced 11 tons at 2.3% U3O8. A Crown land work authorization (CLWA) permits up to 40 drill holes through November 2028.

Material Impact

Belmont Resources Inc. (BEA) released a standard exploration update following the acquisition of drill permits in December 2025 and reassay results from February 2026 that confirmed uranium and rare-earth element (REE) potential. The company conducted a gravity survey as an incremental step in its exploration workflow to refine targeting before mobilizing drill rigs. This activity aligns with management’s stated plan to advance the Crackingstone project and validate the dual-commodity thesis. While the update confirms the company is executing on its exploration roadmap, it does not introduce new financial data, production metrics, or unexpected strategic shifts.

Company Overview

Belmont Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on critical metals and uranium. Its flagship asset is the Crackingstone Uranium/REE Project in the historic Beaverlodge district of Saskatchewan, which features strong structural corridors, multiple geophysical anomalies, and proximity to Uranium City, located approximately 6 km away.

The company’s additional assets include the Come By Chance copper-gold porphyry project in British Columbia, the Athelstan-Jackpot gold project in British Columbia, the Lone Star copper-gold project in Washington State, and the Kibby Valley Basin lithium project in Nevada. The Lone Star project is held as a 50% option with Marquee Resources. The company’s strategy emphasizes modern geophysical exploration, infrastructure proximity, and dual-commodity exposure, particularly uranium and rare-earth elements.
