Pinnacle Confirms High-Grade Mineralization in Underground Drilling at El Potrero with up to 58.2 g/t Au and 631 g/t Ag
Pinnacle confirmed high-grade epithermal gold with visible gold at its project, while the stock remains stuck at C$0.10.

Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. (PINN) reported ongoing underground delineation drilling at the Pinos Cuates mine, part of its El Potrero property in Durango, Mexico. The company highlighted hole EPUG26068, which was drilled up-dip from the Main Level and approximately 15 meters down-dip of EPUG26035. EPUG26035 was previously announced on August 18, 2026, returning 13.18 meters of core length at 9.69 grams per tonne gold and 143 grams per tonne silver, drilled horizontally along the Dos de Mayo vein.
EPUG26068 returned 10.89 meters of core length at 6.19 grams per tonne gold and 90 grams per tonne silver. This interval includes a high-grade sub-interval of 0.41 meters at 58.2 grams per tonne gold and 631 grams per tonne silver, containing visible gold and silver sulphides.
To date, 76 holes have been drilled and assays received for the first 53. Drilling is expected to move to Dos de Mayo starting with EPUG26084, while surface drilling is planned for October to fill gaps and test the El Capulin and La Estrella targets. These results are intended to support an internal resource estimate and preliminary mine plan.
Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. (PINN) is a pre-resource developer with a near-term production strategy rather than a producer, carrying a market capitalization of approximately C$15 million. The company’s recent release details underground delineation drilling within a historic mine, a process that confirms and slightly extends a previously reported zone rather than constituting a grassroots discovery or major step-out.
The expected anchor for this activity is the August 18 result from hole EPUG26035, which returned 13.18 meters with 9.69 g/t Au and 143 g/t Ag. The new hole, EPUG26068, is lower in overall grade and length than EPUG26035, though it adds a new high-grade sub-interval and down-dip continuity. This result serves as confirmation rather than a step-change in scale or grade.
For the equity, this represents a positive but incremental result that supports the mine-plan story without materially altering the project’s perceived size, grade, or odds. In prior-period financial context not restated in this release, Pinnacle reported a net loss of C$2.98 million, operating cash flow of negative C$3.45 million, and cash of C$1.35 million for the year ended April 30, 2026. Additional financing was raised in August 2026.
Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. (PINN) is a Canada-listed precious metals explorer and developer focused on high-grade past-producing silver-gold assets in the Americas. Its flagship El Potrero project, located in Durango, Mexico, is a low-sulphidation epithermal vein system featuring three historic mines along a 500 m strike, while the broader Dos de Mayo vein system has been traced for 1,600 m. A previously operational 100 tpd plant is on site and could be refurbished for near-term production.
Pinnacle holds a staged earn-in structure, earning an initial 50% upon production and targeting 100% subject to a 2% NSR. The company’s secondary assets include the Argosy Gold Mine and North Birch project in the Red Lake district of Ontario. No formal NI 43-101 mineral resource or reserve estimate has been published for El Potrero in the provided materials.
