DARELLE ANNOUNCES INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS
Darelle Online Solutions Inc. has released its interim financial results for the three-month period ended Nov. 30, 2025.
The full text of Darelle's first quarter financial results is contained in its unaudited condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the three-month period ended Nov. 30, 2025, and the related management discussion and analysis, copies of which are available electronically on Darelle's profile on SEDAR+.
Quarterly financial results
The company generated revenue of $9,956 during the three-month period ended Nov. 30, 2025, compared with $20,064 during the same period in 2024. Revenue comprises a set-up fee and a flat administration fee (processing fees) per raffle ticket sold by organizations.
The company realized a net loss of $57,907 (one cent per share) during the first quarter of the 2026 fiscal year, compared with a comprehensive loss of $34,032 (two cents per share) during the same three-month period in the 2025 fiscal year.
