Strategem Capital earns $400,000 in 2025

Ms. Jo-Anne O'Connor reports STRATEGEM CAPITAL REPORTS 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS - NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE IS $1.19 Strategem Capital Corp. has released its financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025. Strategem reports all amounts in Canadian dollars. Corporate commentary: The company's net asset value per share was $1.19 (Dec. 31, 2025). Common shares last traded at 41 cents (Feb. 24, 2026). Management has been tasked with initiating actions to narrow the valuation gap. At Dec. 31, 2025, the company had deployed 92 per cent of its capital in short-term investments and held cash of $900,000. During the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, the company recorded total revenue of $900,000, consisting of interest and dividend income of $200,000, unrealized gain on investments of $800,000, offset by losses on sale of investment of $10,000.
