Homerun receives $182,839 settlement from Sorbie

ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT FROM SORBIE SHARING AGREEMENT Homerun Resources Inc. has provided details of the monthly settlements received from the previously announced $6-million financing with Sorbie Bornholm LP on Dec. 8, 2025. The fifth settlement was dated April 9, 2026, for total gross proceeds of $182,839.76, representing an 84.91-cent sharing agreement transaction final price, making the Sorbie effective price is 67.93 cents per share. Two hundred sixty-nine thousand one hundred sixty-seven shares were released from escrow agent.
