Int'l Petroleum publishes prospectus for bond listing

Ms. Rebecca Gordon reports INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION PUBLISHES PROSPECTUS FOR BOND LISTING ON EURONEXT OSLO BØRS The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today approved the prospectus in connection with the listing on Euronext Oslo Bors of International Petroleum Corp.'s $450-million (U.S.) 7.50 per cent senior unsecured bonds (ISIN: NO0013671107). The first day of trading of the bonds on Euronext Oslo Bors is expected to be on or around Feb. 6, 2026. International Petroleum's senior unsecured bonds were issued on Oct. 10, 2025, with maturity in October, 2030. The prospectus for the bonds to be admitted for trading on Euronext Oslo Bors was approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority today, and the prospectus will be passported to Norway. The prospectus is available on International Petroleum's website and will be available on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website. About International Petroleum Corp.
