Bombardier redeems outstanding 6% senior notes

Mr. Mark Masluch reports BOMBARDIER COMPLETES REDEMPTION OF ALL REMAINING OUTSTANDING 6.000% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2028 Bombardier Inc. has redeemed all remaining outstanding $250-million (U.S.) aggregate principal amount of its 6.000 per cent senior notes due 2028, as set forth in the notice of redemption issued Feb. 19, 2026. This debt redemption was financed using cash from Bombardier's balance sheet. Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the redemption notes for redemption are being made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Company in accordance with the applicable procedures of the Depository Trust Company. We seek Safe Harbor.
