Bold Reports Positive Results of Induced Polarization Survey at Joutel - Signs Investor Awareness Agreement

Bold Ventures Inc. (BOL) has announced the results of a Spring 2026 Induced Polarization (IP) survey conducted at its Joutel Property in Québec, identifying 30 chargeability anomalies, 14 of which are designated as first-priority drill targets. The survey targeted VTEM anomalies associated with historical nickel, gold, and silver values, with results indicating moderate to strong chargeability and resistivity consistent with structurally controlled sulphide mineralization.
The IP survey was conducted by Simcoe Geoscience from April to May 2026, covering 8 north-south lines totaling 19.5 kilometers across two grids, designated as East and West. The survey identified a total of 30 chargeability anomalies, with 14 anomalies considered first priority. Specifically, the East Grid yielded 6 anomalies identified, 3 first priority, while the West Grid produced 24 anomalies identified, 11 first priority.
First-priority zones exhibit moderate to strong chargeability associated with moderate to high resistivity, often located at contact or fault zones, suggesting potential for structurally controlled sulphide mineralization. Data processing utilized proprietary timeseries software, with infield QA/QC and post-processing confirming good quality and excellent repeatability. Data was exported to UBC format for model inversions.
The survey targeted areas spatially associated with historical drill values, including 0.83% Ni over 3.7m (including 1.27% Ni over 2.3m), 0.51 g/t Au over 3.05m, and 17.4 g/t Ag over 0.67m.
In addition to the exploration update, the Company announced a one-year, $57,000 advertising and investor awareness campaign agreement with Dig Media Inc. (dba Investing News Network). The 12-month advertising agreement with Dig Media Inc. (dba Investing News Network) commences August 18, 2026, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The cost of the advertising campaign is $57,000 plus HST.
Technical information was reviewed and approved by Coleman Robertson, B.Sc., P. Geo., VP Exploration.
Bruce MacLachlan, President and COO, stated: "The IP survey was successful in detailing drill targets in the vicinity of historical values of nickel, gold and silver. The northern part of the project area is now ready for drill testing. We anticipate a busy fall and winter season as we have multiple projects that are essentially drill ready."
