Hanstone options 70% of Snip North to Goldrea

Mr. Andre Douchane reports HANSTONE GOLD OPTIONS SNIP NORTH PROJECT Hanstone Gold Corp. has executed a property option agreement dated as of Sept. 29, 2025, with Goldrea Resources Corp. (the optionee, an arm's-length party to the company), pursuant to which Hanstone has granted Goldrea the option to earn a 70-per-cent undivided interest in and to Hanstone's 3,443-hectare Snip North project. "We are excited to have Goldrea concentrate on the advancement of the Snip North project while our team focuses on continued development of the wholly owned Doc property claims," said Andre Douchane, executive chairman of Hanstone. To exercise the option, Goldrea must incur an aggregate of $1.25-million in exploration expenditures on the property, as follows: $100,000 on or before Sept. 30, 2026; an additional $100,000 on or before Sept. 30, 2027; an additional $100,000 on or before Sept. 30, 2028; and an additional $950,000 on or before Sept. 30, 2029. In addition, Goldrea has agreed to transfer $100,000 in eligible assessment credits to extend the expiry date of the property to June 30, 2026. In the event the B.C. Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals does not allow for the transfer of the credits, then the option agreement will terminate. On the date on which the optionee has earned a 70-per-cent interest in and to the property, the parties will be deemed to have entered into a 70/30 joint venture for the purposes of exploring and exploiting the property for profit and will promptly negotiate and execute a formal joint venture agreement.
