Helium Evolution starts up Soda Lake processing plant

Mr. Jim Baker reports HELIUM EVOLUTION ANNOUNCES START-UP OF SODA LAKE HELIUM PURIFICATION FACILITY Helium Evolution Inc. has achieved a major milestone with the completion of commissioning of its helium processing facility in the Mankota area, located at 1-2-4-9W3 (the Soda Lake facility). "This is a pivotal moment for HEVI and our stakeholders," said Jim Baker, interim president and chief executive officer of Helium Evolution. "The start-up of the Soda Lake facility represents the transformation of HEVI from an exploration-focused company to an active participant in helium production. With a fully funded investment and a strong partnership with North American Helium, we are positioned to generate meaningful cash flow and long-term value for our shareholders." The Soda Lake facility, in which Helium Evolution holds a 20-per-cent working interest in, is a joint project with North American Helium Inc. (NAH) and is designed to process 12 million standard cubic feet per day of raw gas. Production will initially be supplied by three helium wells connected through a dedicated pipeline gathering system. "The commissioning of this facility is just the beginning," added Mr. Baker.
