BRS Resources amends option with Cariboo Rose

Mr. Byron Coulthard of BRS Resources reports BRS RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCING ENTRY INTO AMENDING AGREEMENT WITH CARIBOO ROSE RESOURCES LTD. BRS Resources Ltd. has entered into an amending agreement dated April 10, 2026, with Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. to the option agreement dated Dec. 19, 2022, as amended Feb. 13, 2024, Dec. 11, 2024, and Dec. 15, 2025, whereby the parties agreed to: (i) decrease the cash payment due Dec. 19, 2026, from $70,000 to $30,000, decrease the cash payment due Dec. 19, 2027, from $100,000 to $40,000 and add a cash payment due Dec. 19, 2028, of $100,000; (ii) decrease the share issuances due Dec. 19, 2026, from $50,000 to $30,000, decrease the share issuances due Dec. 19, 2027, from $50,000 to $30,000 and add a share issuance of $40,000 due Dec. 19, 2028; and (iii) decrease the expenditure due Dec. 19, 2026, from $500,000 to $450,000, decrease the expenditure due Dec. 19, 2027, from $900,000 to $450,000 and add expenditures of $500,000 due Dec. 19, 2028.
