Arcus arranges $500,000 private placement

Mr. Ian Talbot reports ARCUS ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT Arcus Development Group Inc. intends to raise up to $500,000 by way of the non-brokered private placement of units at a price of 2.5 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of Arcus and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Arcus common share for a period of one year at a price of five cents per share. The proceeds from the offering will be used by Arcus as general working capital and to finance work at its wholly owned Touleary project, located in the White gold district of Yukon territory. The offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
