Nobel Resources increases private placement to $2.5M

Mr. Larry Guy reports NOBEL ANNOUNCES UPSIZING OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING As a result of strong investor demand, Nobel Resources Corp. has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering from gross proceeds of up to $1-million to gross proceeds of up to $2.5-million. The offering will consist of up to 50 million units at a price of five cents per unit. The company closed the first tranche of the offering on Dec. 11, 2025, and issued 6.7 million units for gross proceeds of $335,000. Each unit shall consist of one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase one share at a price of six cents for a period of 24 months. The net proceeds of the offering will be used by the company to continue the exploration work on its Chilean mineral properties, as well as general corporate and working capital purposes. The offering is expected to close on or before Jan. 29, 2026, and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. About Nobel Resources Corp.
