InZinc Completes Spring Diamond Drill Program and Awaits Results from B-9 Apex Discovery at Indy Sedex (Zn-Pb-Ag-Ga) Project, Central BC

InZinc completes its Indy SEDEX drill program, with high-grade B-9 Apex expansion results expected in the coming weeks.

Executive Summary

InZinc Mining Ltd. (IZN) has completed its spring 2026 diamond drill program at the 100%-owned Indy SEDEX project in central British Columbia. The program consisted of seven holes totaling 1,437 meters, and all core samples have been delivered to the laboratory.

There are no new assay results in this release. Results are expected in the second half of July or early August 2026. The drilling targeted the B-9 Apex Zone, following up on the 2025 discovery that returned 15.4% Zn, 1.3% Pb, 7.2 g/t Ag over 4.2 m (including 20.1% Zn, 1.7% Pb, 9.5 g/t Ag over 3.2 m) and extended the mineralised trend to greater than 1 km strike.

Material Impact

InZinc Mining Ltd. (IZN) announced that the drilling program initiated in May 2026 has been completed on schedule. The news serves as a confirmation of progress rather than a material development, as the market had already priced in the program. Shares spiked to C$0.09 at the start of drilling in May before drifting to C$0.07.

The company is an explorer with no revenue, a market capitalization of approximately C$8M, and a recent financing that funded this specific program. A completion notice without assay results does not alter the resource thesis or risk profile. The real material event will be the assay results, and until then, the stock remains in a wait-and-see mode.

Company Overview

InZinc Mining Ltd. (IZN) is a junior explorer focused on the 100%-owned Indy Sedex project in central British Columbia. The 200 km² property hosts a greater than 30 km trend of zinc-lead-silver-barite mineralisation, characterised as a Selwyn-basin-analogue SEDEX system.

2025 drilling discovered the high-grade B-9 Apex replacement zone, returning 20.1% Zn, 1.7% Pb, 9.5 g/t Ag over 3.2 m and extending the B-9 trend to greater than 1 km strike. All intersections are within 180 m of surface.

The project has excellent infrastructure, including road, rail, hydro power, and a nearby Trail zinc smelter. A 5-year, 60-hole drill permit is in place.

The company also holds a 50% indium NSR on American West Metals’ West Desert project in Utah and an equity stake of 807,736 shares in American West, providing modest optionality.

Insiders own approximately 28% on a fully diluted basis, and South32 Ltd. holds adjacent claims. The company is funded through 2026 drilling via a $1.047M placement closed in April 2026.
