Goldsky Appoints Gabriella Hammarskjold as Environmental Manager of Goldsky Sweden AB

Goldsky Resources Corp. has appointed Gabriella Hammarskjöld as the Environmental Manager for its Swedish subsidiary, Goldsky Sweden AB, effective September 1, 2026. The appointment is part of the company's strategy to build a specialized team for the disciplined advancement of its Barsele project following the consolidation of 100% ownership.
Gabriella Hammarskjöld brings over 24 years of experience in Swedish environmental permitting, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder consultation across the mining and industrial sectors. Her background includes previous senior positions at Sweco, Nordkalk, Vattenfall, SKB, Sida, and the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Naturvårdsverket). She possesses specific expertise in complex environmental permitting, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), regulatory engagement, and stakeholder consultation, with particular experience involving Natura 2000, environmental court proceedings, and collaboration with SGU, County Administrative Boards, and municipalities.
The hire supports the "next stage of growth" and "disciplined project advancement" of the Barsele gold project. The company is investing in people and systems to develop high-quality Nordic mining projects responsibly. Additional technical appointments are expected during 2026 as the company continues building its project development team.
