Ovation Science arranges $200,000 private placement

An anonymous director reports OVATION SCIENCE INC. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT Ovation Science Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to four million units at a price of five cents per unit for total proceeds of up to $200,000. Under the offering, each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional share at a price of five cents per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issue. The units issued under the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. In connection with the offering, the company will pay eligible finders a fee in cash equal to 8 per cent of the gross proceeds raised from persons introduced by the finder and/or share purchase warrants equal to 8 per cent of the total number of units subscribed for by persons introduced by the finder.
