VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. has engaged Explo-Logik Inc. to conduct exploration activities at its wholly owned Lac Laura Gold-Copper Property in the Chibougamau mining district, Québec. The engagement involves a modern soil geochemical sampling program designed to support the Company's staged, gated exploration strategy and prioritize future targets. This partnership establishes a relationship with an experienced Québec-based geological services provider for potential future work across VanadiumCorp's broader project portfolio.

Explo-Logik Inc., headquartered in Val-d'Or, Québec, will carry out the scope of work at the Lac Laura Gold-Copper Property, located near Chapais, Québec. The strategic purpose of the program is to provide additional geological data to prioritize future exploration targets and guide subsequent technical decisions as part of a staged, gated exploration strategy. Ms. Suzie Tremblay, Vice President of Explo-Logik and member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec (OGQ No. 10664), has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information. The Company views this as part of a broader commitment to systematic exploration; additional announcements regarding the field program and historical context will be provided as activities commence.
