Regency Silver Announces 2026 Annual General and Special Meeting Results

Regency Silver Corp. (RSMX) held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders in Vancouver, BC, on July 3, 2026, where all matters put to a vote were approved by shareholders.

The company confirmed the board size at five directors and elected Bruce Bragagnolo, Michael Tucker, Frank Cordova, Rajinder Chowdhry, and Alejandro Sucre to hold office for the ensuing year. Shareholders also re-appointed Manning Elliott LLP as the company's auditors and approved the Company's omnibus equity incentive plan, as described in the Information Circular.
