The YP is 100% owned by Gold Terra, except for the Con Mine Option (CMO), which is subject to an option agreement with Newmont Corporation. Gold Terra has the right to acquire 100% of the CMO property from Newmont, subject to conditions, with the option expiring on November 21, 2027. The 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) is considered an initial phase of updates for the YP, which encompasses 836 sq. km of land near Yellowknife, NWT, including the Yellorex, Zone 103N, Crestaurum, Sam Otto, Walsh Lake, and Barney deposits.
