Gold Terra Announces Filing of Technical Report on the Yellowknife Project, NWT and 2026 Annual General and Special Meeting Results

Gold Terra Resource Corp. announced the results of its 2026 Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 30, 2026, in Vancouver, BC, where all shareholder proposals were approved. The company also filed a NI 43-101 technical report prepared by SLR Consulting for the Yellorex, Zone 103N, and Crestaurum deposits of its Yellowknife Project, with an effective date of April 30, 2026.
Shareholders elected a new board of directors for the forthcoming year, consisting of Gerald Panneton (Chair), Paul Bonneville, Patsie Ducharme, Laurie Gaborit, and Hellen Siwanowicz. Additionally, shareholders approved the reappointment of Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditor for the ensuing year, with remuneration to be fixed by the board. The company also secured approval for its 10% rolling stock option plan. Gold Terra noted that less than 25% of the plan (less than 10 million stock options) has been utilized to date and that the plan does not allow for option pricing below $0.10.
The filed NI 43-101 Technical Report, titled "NI 43-101 Technical Report, Yellowknife Project, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada, Gold Terra Resource Corp.," was prepared by SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd. with Joseph Campbell serving as the Qualified Person. The report covers the Yellorex, Zone 103N, and Crestaurum deposits of the Yellowknife Project (YP). The YP is 100% owned by Gold Terra, except for the Con Mine Option (CMO), which is subject to an option agreement with Newmont Corporation. Gold Terra has the right to acquire 100% of the CMO property from Newmont, subject to conditions, with the option expiring on November 21, 2027. The 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) is considered an initial phase of updates for the YP, which encompasses 836 sq. km of land near Yellowknife, NWT, including the Yellorex, Zone 103N, Crestaurum, Sam Otto, Walsh Lake, and Barney deposits.
