Copper Fox Appoints Roberto Mazon, B.S. To the Board

Copper Fox Metals Inc. (CUU) announced the appointment of Mr. Roberto Mazón as an additional director of the Company, effective immediately until the next annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Mazón brings over 19 years of executive leadership experience in agribusiness, energy, international trade, and corporate governance, with a background in strategic planning and board-level oversight. The appointment is intended to leverage his diverse industry experience to advance the Company's corporate strategy and long-term growth.

Mr. Mazón holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. His professional background spans agribusiness, energy, international trade, and corporate governance, during which he held senior management and board-level positions overseeing large-scale operations, strategic planning, business development, and cross-border commercial activities.

President and CEO Elmer B. Stewart stated that Mazón's executive leadership experience in diverse industries will benefit the advancement of Copper Fox's corporate strategy.
