XTAO receives approval for FSE listing

XTAO ANNOUNCES LISTING ON FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE
XTAO Inc.'s common shares have been accepted for listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol LM8 and WKN: A41CMP.
The cross-listing on the FSE will provide greater access to European investors and enhance XTAO's global visibility. The FSE is one of the world's leading international stock exchanges by revenue, profitability and market capitalization, and is the largest of Germany's stock exchanges.
XTAO also closed the previously announced private placement of 200,000 shares at $1 (U.S.) per share for gross proceeds of $200,000 (U.S.). The shares are subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance and the proceeds will be used to acquire TAO. No finders' fees were paid in connection with the private placement. This private placement was conducted in conjunction with the previously announced $22.8-million (U.S.) financing, with approximate gross proceeds totalling $23-million (U.S.).
