Sharc International Systems Inc. intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of secured convertible debentures with a principal amount of up to $1.5-million. The debenture is secured against all present and after acquired assets of the company.
The debentures will bear interest at a rate of 8.0 per cent per annum and mature on the date that is 24 months from the date of issuance.
