ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT Further to the news releases of Nov. 6, 2025, Shelfie-Tech Ltd. has closed its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $1,699,185 through the issuance of 1,179,990 common shares in the capital of the company at a price of $1.44 per share. The company paid finders' fees totalling $135,934 to eligible finders in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The shares issued under the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada.
