Shelfie-Tech closes $1.69-million private placement

ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT Further to the news releases of Nov. 6, 2025, Shelfie-Tech Ltd. has closed its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $1,699,185 through the issuance of 1,179,990 common shares in the capital of the company at a price of $1.44 per share. The company paid finders' fees totalling $135,934 to eligible finders in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The shares issued under the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period pursuant to securities laws in Canada. Proceeds from the private placement will be directed toward advancing the company's research and development, potential synergetic acquisitions, and working capital. About Shelfie-Tech Ltd.
