Pond Technologies extends definitive agreement deadline

PROVIDES UPDATE ON TRANSACTION WITH FIND FAMILIAR SPIRITS Pond Technologies Holdings Inc., further to its news release of Oct. 28, 2026, in which the company announced the signing of a binding letter of intent (LOI) to complete a reverse takeover transaction, whereby it will acquire Find Familiar Spirits LLC (FFS) pursuant to a business combination, the deadline to enter into a definitive agreement with respect to the proposed transaction has been extended to May 31, 2026, failing which the LOI may be terminated.
