HI-VIEW ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF WARRANT INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Further to Hi-View Resources Inc.'s news release dated Aug. 29, 2025, the company has completed its previously announced warrant incentive program receiving $459,720 from the exercise of 3,831,000 previously issued and outstanding common share purchase warrants. The warrants, which had an exercise price of 12 cents and were originally issued in connection with the non-brokered private placement of 4.8 million units completed by the company on June 25, 2025.
To induce the exercise of the warrants, the company issued an aggregate of 3,831,000 common share purchase warrants for each warrant exercised. Each incentive warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share exercisable at a price of 46 cents per share for a period of three years from the date of issuance. The company initially announced the incentive warrants would have an exercise price of 30 cents, however, upon consultation with the Canadian Securities Exchange the company determined to proceed with an exercise price of 46 cents. The incentive warrants, and any shares issuable on the exercise thereof, are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance of the incentive warrants. The warrants that remain unexercised following the incentive program are subject to their original terms and conditions and no incentive warrants will be issued upon the exercise of such warrants.
