Discovery Energy arranges $1-million private placement

Mr. Mike Hodge reports DISCOVERY ENERGY METALS ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING Discovery Energy Metals Corp. intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units of the company at a price of 10 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1-million. Each unit will comprise one common share of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable to acquire one common share of the company at a price of 15 cents per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general working capital and property exploration. The closing of the offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the offering. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day pursuant to applicable securities law. About Discovery Energy Metals Corp.
