Castlecap Capital cancels LOI with Gold Road

Mr. Charles Chebry reports CASTLECAP ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF LETTER OF INTENT WITH GOLD ROAD Further to Castlecap Capital Inc.'s news release dated Sept. 30, 2025, regarding the letter of intent (LOI), as amended and dated Sept. 26, 2025, between the corporation and Gold Road Inc., the LOI has been terminated by the parties in accordance with its terms. Pursuant to and as part of the termination of the LOI, a break fee of 200,000 common shares of Gold Road will be issued to the corporation at the deemed fair market value of such securities, and these securities will carry the applicable resale restrictions and legends pursuant to applicable securities laws. In accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the company's common shares will be requested to resume trading. About Castlecap Capital Inc.
