Conifex lender PenderFund boosts credit facility by $4M

Following the increase, the aggregate principal amount available under the facility will be approximately $35-million, subject to certain conditions. Conifex expects to repay the additional amount from a combination of cash released from working capital coupled with the proceeds of one or more additional financings. There is no guarantee that additional financing will be available to Conifex on reasonable terms, if at all. About Conifex Timber Inc.
