Bombardier plans conditional redemption of notes

BOMBARDIER ANNOUNCES CONDITIONAL NOTICE OF REDEMPTION FOR ALL OF ITS 7.125% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2026 AND CONDITIONAL NOTICE OF PARTIAL REDEMPTION FOR US$83,711,000 OF ITS 7.875% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2027
Bombardier Inc. has launched an offering of $250-million (U.S.) aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2033. The additional notes will be a further issuance of, and form a single series with, the existing $500-million aggregate principal amount of its 6.750 per cent senior notes due 2033 that were originally issued on May 29, 2025.
Bombardier intends to use the proceeds of the offering of the additional notes, together with cash on hand, (i) to finance the repayment and/or retirement of outstanding indebtedness, including the redemption of all of its remaining outstanding 7.125 per cent senior notes due 2026, and the redemption of approximately $84-million (U.S.) aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7.875 per cent senior notes due 2027, and (ii) to pay accrued interest and related fees and expenses. As of the date hereof, there is $166,289,000-million (U.S.) aggregate principal amount outstanding of the 2026 notes and $183,142,000-million (U.S.) aggregate principal amount outstanding of the 2027 notes.
