Aurum, Transition Metals terminate option agreement

AURUM LAKE MINING ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF OPTION AGREEMENT WITH TRANSITION METALS CORP.
The option agreement between Aurum Lake Mining Corp. and Transition Metals Corp. dated Dec. 19, 2022, as amended by the amending agreement dated March 6, 2025, has been terminated. Pursuant to the option agreement, Transition Metals granted an exclusive right and option to Aurum to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the mineral claims comprising the Homathko gold project, located in British Columbia. The option agreement has been terminated effective as of Dec. 30, 2025, and Aurum will retain no further interest in the property.
