Extruders are ready for site delivery and will undergo cold-commissioning checks and site acceptance activities.
- Reactor & Cooling/Separation Systems (Zeton): Zeton has received all major long-lead components. Assembly of modular process skids is underway, including equipment setting, alignment, piping fit-up, and instrumentation installation. Factory acceptance tests will be conducted in sequence prior to shipment.
- Control Systems (Siemens): Critical long-lead automation and electrical components have been shipped. Integration of control hardware, software, and data environment is on schedule.
- Feedstock Preparation:
- Work is underway with partner NexGen Polymers to secure and qualify representative waste-plastic streams, catalyst, and other process inputs.
- Logistics, specifications, and laboratory evaluations are coordinated, including materials identified through the customer-engagement program.
