Nevada Lithium Announces Proposed Extension of Warrant Expiry Date

Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. has proposed an amendment to extend the expiry date of 41,333,333 outstanding common share purchase warrants from July 7, 2026, to July 7, 2028. The company stated that the amendment is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange and does not modify the warrant's exercise price or any other existing terms.
The warrants were originally issued on July 7, 2023, following the automatic conversion of 41,333,333 subscription receipts from a previously announced non-brokered private placement priced at $0.15 per receipt. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.25. Nevada Lithium Resources Inc. confirmed that none of the warrants subject to the amendment were issued to any agent, broker, or finder as compensation for services. All other terms and conditions of the warrants remain unchanged. The company noted there is no assurance that acceptance will be obtained from the exchange.
