Dynacor Group Inc. (DNG) announced the immediate appointment of Réjean Gourde as Chair of its newly constituted Board of Directors. Gourde succeeds Pierre Lépine, who did not stand for re-election following 12 years of service. The board has restructured its standing committees to align with the new leadership transition.

Gourde brings an 8-year tenure on Dynacor’s board, most recently serving as Chair of the Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee. He is the former President & CEO of Reunion Gold Corporation, having retired in 2021, and possesses over 40 years of mining operations, corporate development, and intermediate gold producer management experience. This leadership transition coincides with Dynacor’s acceleration of near-term growth, including the planned launch of new processing plants in Ecuador and Senegal in 2026.
