Armory Mining arranges $500,000 private placement

ARMORY MINING ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Armory Mining Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 9.09 million units at a price of 5.5 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000.
Each unit will be composed of one common share of the company and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 8.5 cents per common share for a period of five years from the date of issuance.
The proceeds raised from the offering are expected to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. All securities to be issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
