Arcus Board and Management Changes

(TSXV:ADG) (the “ Company ”) announces that the following changes to the board of directors and management will become effective at 4:00 p.m. (Pacific) on April 9, 2026:   Ian Talbot will resign as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director;   James Gray will resign as Chief Financial Officer and a director;   Gary Paulson and Graham Downs will resign as directors; and   Rhonda Schultz will resign as Secretary.     The Company also announces that effective April 7, 2026, William A.
