ONGold Identifies Pervasive Gold System at TPK Project Intersecting 19.39 g/t Gold over 8.2 m in Gold Ridge Area

None

Executive Summary

On November 4, 2025, ONGold Resources announced initial diamond drilling results from its TPK Project in Northern Ontario. The headline result from drill hole GR-25-011 in the Gold Ridge area intersected a high-grade interval of 19.39 g/t gold over 8.2 metres, starting at a shallow depth of 11.8 metres. This intercept included a bonanza-grade section of 308.0 g/t gold over 0.3 metres.

Other holes reported from the nine-hole, 2,169-metre program showed anomalous gold, including 5.21 g/t gold over 1.5 metres and 0.3 g/t gold over a broad 56.4 metres, indicating the presence of a larger mineralized system.

The CEO, Kyle Stanfield, described the program as a "key turning point at TPK," stating it has identified a "pervasive gold bearing system" over an area approximately 1,400 metres long by 400 metres wide.

Material Impact

The drill results are materially positive and exceed expectations for what was considered a secondary asset. The primary market focus has been on the much larger, lower-grade Monument Bay project acquired from Agnico Eagle. This high-grade discovery at TPK introduces a new, significant value driver for the company.

  • High-Grade Discovery: An intercept of 19.39 g/t gold over 8.2 metres is an excellent exploration result. The shallow depth enhances its economic potential, and the presence of visible gold and a bonanza-grade sub-interval confirms the high-grade nature of the mineralization. This significantly contrasts with the 1.24 g/t average grade of the historical resource at the company's flagship Monument Bay project.
  • System Potential: While hole GR-25-011 is the clear highlight, the CEO's assertion of a "pervasive gold bearing system" is supported by anomalous gold in every hole assayed to date. This suggests the discovery is not an isolated high-grade pod, although further drilling is required to confirm continuity and the true extent of high-grade zones.
  • Strategic Diversification: The success at TPK diversifies the company’s exploration portfolio. It now possesses both a large-tonnage, lower-grade project (Monument Bay) and a new, potentially high-grade discovery (TPK), providing multiple avenues for value creation and de-risking the overall business plan.
  • Context of Corporate Progress: This news arrives after a year of solid execution. The company secured a strategic partner in Agnico Eagle, established First Nations agreements, filled its treasury with a C$9.3 million financing, and built out its technical team. These results are the first major exploration payoff from that groundwork.

While the CEO calls this a "key turning point," it is critical to note that this is from an initial, small drill program, and true widths are not yet known. The other reported holes, while showing a system, are not of the same quality as the discovery hole. Therefore, while highly significant, this news on its own is not a "Game Changer" until follow-up drilling confirms a deposit of economic size and continuity. However, it is a clear material positive event that should be well-received by the market.

Company Overview

ONGold Resources Ltd. is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company. Its flagship asset is the Monument Bay Gold-Tungsten Project in northeastern Manitoba, acquired from Agnico Eagle in December 2024. Monument Bay is a district-scale project with a significant historical (non-NI 43-101 compliant) in-pit resource estimate of 2.3 million ounces M&I (58.0 Mt @ 1.24 g/t Au) and 720,000 ounces Inferred (24.4 Mt @ 0.92 g/t Au). The company is also actively exploring its TPK Gold Project in Northern Ontario, where the most recent high-grade discovery was made. Other assets include the October Gold project, optioned to Evolution Mining.
