Good Gamer arranges $200,000 private placement

Ms. Nicole Payawal reports GOOD GAMER ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND DEBT SETTLEMENT Good Gamer Entertainment Inc. intends to complete a financing by way of a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $200,000, comprising up to 333,333 units of the company at six cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle its holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the company at a price of eight cents for 24 months from the closing date of the offering. All securities issued in connection with the offering are subject to a hold period of four months and one day following the closing date pursuant to applicable securities laws. The gross proceeds from the units will be used by the company for general working funds. The company also announces that it has entered into a debt settlement agreement to settle $100,252.58 of outstanding indebtedness owing to an arm's-length creditor in exchange for the issuance of 1,670,876 common shares of the company to the creditor. Completion of the debt settlement is subject to the company receiving all regulatory approvals, including acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
