Quizam arranges $150,000 private placement

Mr. Russ Rossi reports QUIZAM ANNOUNCES $150,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT Quizam Media Corp. has negotiated a non-brokered private placement of three million units at a price of five cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and a full share purchase warrant exercisable at 15 cents for 24 months. Insider chief executive officer Russ Rossi will be subscribing to one million units. The capital raised will be used as general working capital.
