Topicus.com closes Asseco share acquisition

Mr. Jamal Baksh of Topicus.com reports JOINT PRESS RELEASE OF CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC. AND TOPICUS.COM INC. After receiving all required regulatory approvals, Topicus.com Inc.'s (a spinout of Constellation Software Inc.) subsidiary, TSS Europe BV, has completed the acquisition of 14.84 per cent of treasury shares in the capital of Asseco Poland SA. Topicus.com had previously announced its acquisition of approximately 9.99 per cent of the issued shares in Asseco on Jan. 31, 2025. On Feb. 3, 2025, Topicus announced the signing of a shareholder agreement, which was entered into with the Adam Goral Family Foundation governing its co-operation as a shareholder in Asseco, and, on Feb. 5, 2025, Topicus.com announced the signing of the agreement to acquire the treasury shares.
